ONLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing

Strategic and tactical marketing and lead generation

Focus on planning and executing campaigns to feed users to our online properties.

Social media communication, online community management, growing and animating communities to foster continuous involvement and traffic.

Implementing personal social skills and knowledge of the adult industry to become an engaging host and visible presence on the website. Utilizing many random characters at your disposal.

Sales
-
Identification of leads from our social media pages and other sources.
-
Lead conversion from prospect memberships.
-
Online prospect fact finder assessment calls and planning of marketing strategy to address and answer it.

Procurement and implementation of offline marketing strategies and presentations

Closing new business consistently

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of proven marketing and sales experience, in a eCommerce, digital and technology based services environment

Experience of Adult entertainment, hosting, and acting. And will live and breath Louisvillehookups.com

Knowledge of websites, search engine optimization and social media.

Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

Strong self-organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communications skills and blogging skills.

Academic qualifications: No degree is required. You will learn what you need in house, although a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing will advance you faster.

IT high-end user, experience with use of MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe illustrator, MS Paint or similar systems.

COMPENSATION
-
60% of gross monthly sales. This is paid on the 15th of every month, for the previous month.
